Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 12, 2026

Our commitment

Lewis.io is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people make, and we believe every visitor deserves full and equal access to the property information and services on this site.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In practice, that means we work toward things like:

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and listing photos
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Full keyboard navigation of menus, search, and forms
  • Clear labels and error messages on every form field
  • A logical heading structure and page landmarks for screen readers
  • Layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged

An ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site on an ongoing basis, test new features against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria as they ship, and fix issues as we find them. Some content on this site — particularly listing photographs, descriptions, and data supplied through the MLS by other brokerages — originates from third parties, and we may have limited ability to modify it. Where we can, we present that content in the most accessible way possible.

Found a barrier? Tell us

Despite our efforts, you may encounter a page or feature that is difficult to use with your assistive technology. If you do, we genuinely want to know. Email us at hello@lewis.io and include the page address, a short description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We take every report seriously and will work to resolve barriers promptly.

Alternatives while you wait

If any part of this site is not accessible to you, you do not have to wait for a fix to get what you need. We are happy to provide the same information and services another way — by email or by phone. Reach out and a member of the team will personally help you search listings, get property details, schedule a tour, or submit any of the forms on this site.

Feedback welcome

We welcome suggestions on how to improve the accessibility of Lewis.io. Your feedback directly shapes what we fix and build next.
